In the past week Arlington County mailed out a brochure detailing alternatives to traveling around the County by car. One of the things they highlighted was the Arlington Loop (see the graphic below): a 17-mile loop combining four of the County’s bike trails. It seemed fun, so that was today’s ride. (And for those of you that voluntarily ride the Custis Trail on a daily basis, you have my ultimate respect. So. Many. Steep. Hills.)
