• 1:26 p.m.: Brett is not happy that the House Minority Leader chose the room I’m in to have a smoke 🙁
• 11:38 a.m.: Brett has taken his seat in the bleachers behind the platform.
• 7:38 a.m.: Brett is in the room behind the bunting on the left side of the Capitol.
• 5:37 a.m.: Brett is headed to the Capitol from Dupont Circle at 5:37 a.m.
