I must have started this mix in late 1995 because Bette’s “To Deserve You” was a staple at JR’s (and my car radio) from January 1996 to about March 1996. It’s such a beautiful song. Hearing it reminds me to hanging out with “Club Kid Michael,” a Navy Corpsman I was dating at the time. And “Fairground” reminds me of riding home from work with my friend (and boss at the time) Troy.
